• Check-in is available from 14:00 hours.
• Check-out from the room is until 12:00.
• The guests are obliged to maintain silence and observe the rules of public order in the room.

• In case of loss of keys, damage of any property in the room, the guest undertakes to reimburse the hotel’s losses in the amount determined by the administration.
• It is forbidden to leave or transfer the room key to other people.
• It is prohibited to store flammable substances, weapons, chemical TSF radioactive substances in the room.
• It is forbidden to keep animals and to smoke in the room.
• In case of strong alcoholic intoxication, the hotel administration has right to evict the guest before the check-out hours.
• The hotel administration is not responsible for the loss of the guest’s valuables in the room.
• The hotel administration reserves the right to evict the guest in conditions of violation of the above rules without a refund.
